Alaska Travel Tours for the Independent Traveler

~All RMA tours are coordinated to fit within your interests, budget and schedule. Any tour can be altered or customized to meet the needs of each travel party or individual. Once you have had a chance to view the tour itineraries that we offer, please contact us with any questions or concerns you may have. Any of our itineraries that do not conflict with travel logistics can be combined. Once you decide on the elements in your travel plan, we will email or mail you the suggested itinerary for you to review.

~ Once you have decided upon the customized itinerary for your travel tour, we ask that you pay your deposit of $500 per traveler to confirm the reservation. Your confirmed itinerary will be mailed to you within 5-7 business days. The confirmed itinerary will include details for each day of all travel logistics: lodging, transportation, day tours, meals and sightseeing. Once you have read through the confirmed itinerary, this will provide you with another opportunity to make sure your Alaska tour is coordinated to provide you with all your travel expectations for your Alaskan journey. We ask that the full tour payment is received 60 days prior to your tour start date.

~ Thirty days prior to your departure date, we will send you your travel packet. This will include your customized travel book that provides the in-depth supportive information for your confirmed itinerary. Your travel book will provide maps, information sheets, sightseeing activities, driving maps and travel articles for each day of travel. Your travel pack will include the necessary RMA vouchers for all events requiring a voucher. Each event in your confirmed itinerary will supplemented by a travel article and map. The goal of the Travel Book is to provide you with all the information that you need to enjoy each travel day to the fullest.

To provide an understanding of how the RMA (Rainbow Mountain Adventures) tour is coordinated, we have divided the itinerary/tour into 5 different stages.

~ During your tour, RMA will follow each tour day by telephone to ensure your arrival for lodgings and day tours. If at any time you have any travel complications somebody in our office will be available to assist you.

~ We understand and welcome that in the tour planning process you may have accumulated a variety of activities and areas you would like to include on your itinerary. If you have acquired over time a "list" of the areas and activities that are most important to your travel party, just let us know and we will coordinate the itinerary around your "Alaska list". We can provide you with in-depth knowledge about each event and travel location that will assist you in putting together your ideal Alaska tour.
